# thank you, saturday I'm so glad it's Saturday instead of Sunday. Not that I prefer one day over the other as though days have personalities. It's because I've dated things I need to accomplish, and having an extra day is comforting. Today includes accompanying others at a funeral service: one on piano for "Amazing Grace", another on guitar for "Hallelujah" (tune per kd lang, but original lyrics). The afternoon *should* include attention to closing the pool for the season. But I'm not sure there'll be time for that, because a couple is visiting tonight to rehearse for a Tuesday night performance. Others will be coming Sunday to do that too. Maybe Sunday is the better day to close the pool. But, dang, we've already waiting slightly too long, meaning it's accumulating leaves it might not have. Not that they're super bad yet. But yesterday there was unexpected, vigorous wind, so I had to manually skim a fair amount. After that, the sailing is smoother until Tuesday, which is the night we perform with others every other Tuesday night at a wine bar. Yes, this could have been a blog post. And, come to think of it, I can do that pretty easily these days, so I guess I'll put a copy of this where I usually do as though a blog. But no one will ever see it anyway, so why the effort. I guess it's mostly that I like the way it looks in the default formatting of the "place". The key will be losing the personal narrative, which is what ruins everything.
